Sandblasting & Abrasive Blasting in Ringwood
Ringwood is roughly ten minutes north of our workshop, and everything we do for Ringwood customers is completed in house at 46 Malvern Street, Bayswater. We do not blast on site. What we offer instead is a short, predictable run down Canterbury Road or Mountain Highway, garnet and glass bead abrasive blasting under controlled conditions, and protective coating application in the same building — so an item leaves Ringwood raw or corroded and comes back blasted and coated.

Logistics
Getting your items to us from Ringwood
The two obvious routes are Canterbury Road heading east and Mountain Highway heading south, both of which drop you into the Bayswater industrial area in about ten minutes outside peak. Coming from the Ringwood East or Heathmont side, Canterbury Road is usually the cleaner run; from central Ringwood and the Maroondah Highway end, Mountain Highway tends to be more direct.
Ten minutes is short enough that Ringwood contractors frequently make the trip themselves rather than arranging freight, particularly for fit-out work where the item is a set of brackets, balustrade sections or a shopfront frame that fits in a van. For larger structural pieces coming out of a Ringwood fabrication shop, arranging transport is often the better call — and that is something we can organise.
Drive it down Canterbury Road or Mountain Highway
About ten minutes each way in ordinary traffic. Dropping the item off in person is the fastest way to get a firm answer, because we can inspect the existing surface with you and agree on the process and coating on the spot.
We can arrange a courier or truck
For long fabricated sections, heavy weldments or anything that will not fit a van, we can organise transport to and from Bayswater at additional cost. We have forklifts and cranes at the workshop end for unloading.
All blasting and coating is carried out in house at our Bayswater workshop. We do not offer mobile or on-site blasting, so items need to reach us one of the two ways above.
