## Who we are

Profile Blasting and Coatings, abbreviated PBC, has been a market leader in the
abrasive blasting and protective coating industry in Melbourne, Victoria since
1980. We serve industrial, commercial and domestic customers, from large
corporations and government clients through to small businesses and homeowners.

## What we do

- Garnet abrasive blasting
- Glass bead abrasive blasting
- Application of specified and non-specified protective coatings
- "Blast only" or "blast and paint/coat" to customer specification
- Custom coating specification design where none exists

Coating systems offered: zinc, epoxy primers, high builds and finishes,
hi-temp silicone coatings, polyurethanes, chlorinated rubbers, alkyd primers
and finishes, epoxy and polyester.

Substrates processed in our large blast room include glass, plastic, mild
steel, stainless steel, alloys, aluminium, cast iron, timber and Kevlar.

Industries serviced: oil and petroleum, industrial dust collecting, industrial
fans, pipe and valve, materials handling, streetscape furniture and signs.

## Important service fact

All blasting and coating work is performed IN HOUSE at our Bayswater workshop.
PBC does NOT offer mobile or on-site blasting. Courier and transport to and
from the customer's location can be arranged at additional cost.

## Service areas

All blasting and coating is completed in house at 46 Malvern Street, Bayswater. There is no mobile or on-site blasting. Customers either drop items off at the workshop or Profile Blasting and Coatings arranges a courier at additional cost.
